The infant curriculum consists of the routine daily activity, diapering, feeding, napping and playing. The consistency and continuity of primary caregivers allow the infant to feel secure and safe. Touching and speaking stimulates the development of all the infants senses while daily floor time provides the opportunity for optimal large and fine motor skills development. Feeding and sleeping are on demand for infants, then gradually transition to a flexible schedule, as the infant becomes more independent and self-sufficient. As toddlers, they learn to walk, talk, feed themselves, and express emotions and personal needs and show comparisons to others. We encourage each child to develop at his/her own rate to be the best he/she can be in a safe and loving environment.
